Notes: Several inscriptions noted by Faider (p. 93); 1) on the recto of the first flyleaf some Latin and French pentrials, including "Nous qui estion dampnez venon chanter lieuint (?) nous avon alegement"; repeated 3x 2) a xivth or xvth c inscription on the inside cover: "magister henricus de Leuwys" 3) on the same sheet "Deze bouc es meester xpiaens de Worme" (from the xvth or xvith c) (with related references to Flanders and a reference to a Joh. de Hulsten). There were also marginal annotations in the manuscript. At the end of the MS are some further astronomical tables, added by two different fourteenth-century hands; see Faider p. 94. 14th c binding. Donated to the Bibl. de la ville de Tournai by B,-G. Dumortier in the nineteenth century.
